Who is Arush.ae?
Arush.ae is a dubai based portal, facilitating the purchase of a wide range of electronics & gadgets at attractive prices and discounts, primarily to the UAE audience.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. You can call our customer care number +97155 726 3337 anytime between 10AM to 10PM, UAE time. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at info@arush.ae with your contact & delivery information and we will process your order.
Is it secure to shop online?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read by any external entity as it passes over the internet. Also note that, we are currently processing orders only on Cash on Delivery basis. So you pay only when the product isdelivered to you. 

 

Where can Arush.ae deliver?
Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. With the exception of certain areas falling outside regular service areas your order can be delivered throughout the UAE. Feel free to check with us if a certain product is available in your area of delivery.

When can Arush.ae deliver & for how much?
- DeliveryTime – 24-48 Hours if ordered before 4pm today.
- Cost:  25 AED per order.

Can I change an order I’ve just placed?
Give us a call on 055 726 3337 and we’ll be glad to help.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order if they have not been paid for. Once paid we do not cancel any order. You must notify us by a call on 055 726 3337 with the reasons for cancelling your order.
What warranties do you offer?
Below are the different warranties the products are covered in:
  • -- All Laptops are covered by the respective authorised dealers in UAE and should be taken to their respective Service Centers directly for warranty claims.
  • -- Mobile Phones are covered under 3 types of warranties as stated in the Warranty clause under Specification of the respective model:
    • ------ Axiom / Eros Warranty: Can be taken to any Axiom or Samsung Service Centre directly to claim the warranty
    • ------ Dealer Warranty: Covered by our company or our local supplier. Labour & Parts are included, subject to warranty exceptions stated below. The unit needs to be brought to us to get the claim or pick up and drop off can be arranged at a fee of AED 25 each way. 
    • ------ 7 Days Checking Warranty: This typically means buying a device without warranty. Under this warranty, the customer is entitled to check the device for 7 Days from the delivery day. Incase of any issues on the device, the customer is entitled to a refund for any manufacturing defects reported within 7 days from delivery. Any issues reported after the 8th day will not be entitled for a refund. Incase of a claim, the unit needs to be brought to us to get the claim or pick up and drop off can be arranged at a fee of AED 25 each way. 
  • -- All other electronics goods are covered by their respective authorised service centers and should be taken to them directly for any warranty claims.


DEALER WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS: (applies to mobile phones only)
  • - The Warranty covers only the handset for a period of only one year from the date of purchase.
  • - Accessories are not covered under the warranty i.e. battery, charger, headset, memory card.
  • - This warranty covers the repair of any defects of manufacturing only.
  • - Proof of Purchase - physical invoice with date of purchase and serial number of the device mentioned is required to claim the warranty.
  • - The warranty will be voided in case of misuse of mobile phone such as accidental damage, breakage, scratches, shocks, water spills, humidity, rust, burns, LCD and programming faults or any damages resulting from electric shocks.
  • - In case of any manufacturing defects which are beyond repair, only the mother board of the mobile phone will be replaced.
  • - Minimum time required to repair the phone can be between 2-15 working days.

 

I don’t like the product I have received, can I return it?
A product can only be returned within 3 days of delivery if the below conditions are true:
  • The quality of the product is not as mentioned on the website
  • The product is received partially damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect
  • The product should be in its original packaging & in fully re-saleable condition.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payment as Cash Upon Delivery only.  We are working on adding alternate methods of payment. :)
